FAQ

Four questions about the tiers.

Can I upgrade from one tier to another?

Yes. Your purchase credits toward the next tier within 30 days of the original delivery. Email chris@eaccountability.org with your order ID and we'll apply the credit manually.

How do refunds work?

No refunds on self-serve digital deliverables. We publish samples before you buy so you know what you're getting. The sample for the $49 Visibility Report is at /visibility-report#sample. If the report is technically broken or undelivered, we'll re-generate it or refund — no questions.

Do you offer custom scope beyond $15,000?

Yes. Reply to Chris at chris@eaccountability.org with a brief description of what you need. Multi-domain, enterprise, and white-label engagements are all on the table.

What is EVI?

EVI stands for Elephant Visibility Index — an open-standard 0–100 score for measuring how visible a product is to LLMs. The formula, corpus weights, and reference Python code are all public. Every tier we sell reports your EVI. Read the full spec at /evi.

What's the difference between the $2,000 Self-Serve Audit and the $2,500 Agent Commerce Audit?

Different axes. The $2,000 Self-Serve Audit answers are you visible to AI assistants? — llms.txt, Schema.org Organization, A2A Agent Card, the discovery surface. The $2,500 Agent Commerce Audit answers can an AI agent complete a purchase from you? — EUC merchant metadata, machine-readable pricing, agent-completable checkout, procurement-network presence (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, AWS Marketplace, etc.). They overlap on Schema.org markup but the rest is different. Most teams should run the $2,000 audit first; the $2,500 audit is the next step once you're discoverable and want to be transactable.
